Practice writing. Try translating from your native language into English, mentally at least if it is not convenient to sit down and write it.
Listen to good English spoken on TV by watching good TV programmes and movies and documentaries.
Mix with people who speak good English and make a note of the words and expressions they use.
Join a good English speaking class in your neighbourhood if available.
Check all online resources for learning.
Give yourself plenty of time, put in effort, be patient.
It will take time . There is no shortcut to learning any language.
