MemberMujhe abhi apke office se call ayi thi ek patient ke liye jahan office visit ke sath injection bill nahi hua pada tha. Review karne ke bat pata chala ke injection ke notes bad maine update hue hain. Jiske ke karan injection bill nahi hua.
Waise maine 06/16/2015 ke sabhi patients ke scheduler review karna shuru kar dia hai. Dotor hmara TAT claims bill karne ka 24 hours hai aur agar kuch bhi iske bad notes maine update hoga to bill nahi ho payega. Joki ek serious issue hai. Maine request karta huin ke same day notes ke under injection mention kiya jaye. Taki hum claims pe kuch bhi miss na kar payein.
I just received a call from your office for one patient where injection was not billed out. Upon reviewing we come to know that injection notes were updated later on because of this injection was not billed.
However I have started reviewing all the patients for 06/16/2015. Doctor, Our TAT to bill claims is 24 hours anything updated later on will not be billed which is a serious issue. I request you to add injection notes on a same day. So we won’t miss anything on a claim.
