Hello, I just created an account simply to translate one line of text. I plan to get a tattoo of my absolute favorite quote ever. It’s an excerpt from a story written in the book “Arrow of the Blue Skinned God”.

I’d like to translate this from english to hindi:
“I cannot break my dharma simply because this man has broken his”.

It holds an immense amount of significance in my life and I want it on my body forever, and I thought it would look beautiful written in Hindi. Please help me 😊

“I cannot break my dharma simply because this man has broken his”.

मैं अपना धर्म नहीं तोड़ सकता केवल इसलिए कि इस आदमी ने तोड़ा है।

Please get this translation checked, and double-checked and improved before you do any tattooing.
We can use Edit keys, backspace keys, and delete keys to correct our mistakes.
You can’t do that with your tattoo!

Unsolicited advice:
Drop the plan to tattoo this. Instead, believe in it and practice it.
Why do you want to advertise it? Whom are you trying to impress with your beliefs?
Are you sure they will be impressed ?
Even if you want to advertise this belief of yours to the world, why not put up posters? Why not get it emblazoned on your T- shirts?
Why not make it part of your signature in emails/messages and get it printed on your letter heads?
God gives you only one skin! It was never intended to write on.
Think over and decide.
If you do decide to go ahead, I hope you will never regret it.
All the best.
Regards
GV

A thought just struck me.

Instead of tatooing, why not use “mehndi” (Henna)?
Yes, I know it’s not permanent, but you can get it done again and again on different parts of your body each time, for variety.
And finally when you decide you have had enough of it, or find another quote even better than this, you can simply stop it or switch to the new quote.
The world has plenty of great quotes like this.
Not one is worth tattooing.
Think again.
Whatever you decide, its your skin, your decision.
All the best once again.
With renewed regards
GV
