Fattu as American slang can be translated as “chicken/wuss/#####”
So it can be translated as: Chicken/wuss/#####! why did you run off/go away?

I have not heard this word “Fattu” used.
The third word after chicken/wuss has been censored.
This site has a list of prohibited words and it automatically replaces them with # marks.
If you think it is a word that is okay and has been wrongly expunged, you can spell it with spaces or dashes/underscores between the characters.

I did not see the post after posting it. I don’t know why but it really seems funny to me. This being a language forum, a certain kind of language is prohibited even if just for translation purposes. I am really sorry ADMINISTRATORS, but this strongly offends me as a linguist, however I am not going to write anything which “degrades” the forums. I am just really sad about this.
