Why you should you “request” someone when you wish to be obliged to him?
Translated as it is : It is my heartfelt request that I remain always obliged / beholden / indebted to you.
But if you put a full stop in between, as shown it makes some sense.
मेरी आपसे हार्दिक request है | आप कि मैं हंमेशा के लिए आभारी रहूँगा|
It is my heartfelt request to you.
I will always be obliged to you (if you accede to my request)
The sentence illustrates the importance of punctuation.
