“whether” is okay.
Instead of Below, it is better to use “undermentioned” or “the following”

for “were sent” we should use “भेजी गई थी/थीं” for “have been sent” we have to use “भेजी गई है/हैं”
“फाईलें” के बजाय “फाइलें” लिखना उचित रहेगा क्योंकि इससे जो हम बोलते हैं वही लिखने में भी आ जायगा।
