New Membersare kaam mujhse related hote hai ishliye mujhe pain lena padta hai. agar koi bhi galat kar raha hai ya thik se ni kar raha to mujhe pe baat aa jati hai. agar koi kaam thik se ni hota to sab mujhe hi suna dete hai or me kuch bol ni pati.

Agree with GV Sir in totality.
However in order to highlight necessity of stern action I would like put it other way as
I face same situation daily.
I am responsible for completing all the work over here therefore I have to take extra efforts.
If someone does it wrongly, or does not do it properly, then I am held accountable.
If some work does not get done properly, I have to listen to all complains & I cannot give explanation.
