This word जूठा has no real equivalent in English.

A possible attempted translation of the sentence might be:
This food is now your left-overs.
or
You have converted this food into ort
or
You have converted this food into your inedible leftovers.
or
You have defiled this food.

None of the above translations is really satisfactory and brings out the original meaning exactly.
That is probably because this concept of “jhoothaa” is peculiar to India.
I would welcome more learned opinion on this from others who may be better informed than I.
