On 22 Dec 2021, I made an online payment of Rs. 240 towards the Premium Subscription for 1 year. The Premium facility was not activated. Thinking that the payment was not through, I made on 22 Dec 2021 another online payment of Rs. 75 towards Premium Subscription for 1 quarter. The Premium facility is still not activated.
I checked my online banking transaction and found that Rs. 59 has been debited twice, once each for the above transactions.
Kindly sort out the issue and guide me as to how I can avail the Premium facility and how my payments can be regularised.
