I purchased yearly subscription on 10th of September, 2021. It has not been activated yet. I also emailed site support but there is no response. Please activate my subscription at the earliest.

We already emailed you on the same date (10th September) that the subscription is activated. Please check the spam/junk email folder. Please logout and log-in again to check if the advertising has stopped for your user name. We have done a check on our end, and it works.

I have tried logging out and logging in again, but all kinds of advertisements are still appearing. I also cleared the site data in my browser (chrome) but the issue persists.
