I’m just starting to learn Punjabi and have found two forms of the present participle of ਦੇਣਾ: ਦੇਂਦਾ and ਦਿਂਦਾ.
Are both of them correct? Are they used in different regions? Is one of them the standard form, or used more than the other?

Yes, both are correct and neither seems to have any precedence over the other!
