Description
वित्त में, अंश अथवा शेयर का अर्थ किसी कम्पनी में भाग या हिस्सा होता है। एक कंपनी के कुल स्वामित्व को लाखों करोड़ों टुकड़ों में बाँट दिया जाता है। स्वामित्व का हर एक टुकड़ा एक शेयर होता है। जिसके पास ऐसे जितने ज्यादा टुकड़े, यानी जितने ज्यादा शेयर होंगे, कंपनी में उसकी हिस्सेदारी उतनी ही ज्यादा होगी। लोग इस हिस्सेदारी को खरीद-बेच भी सकते हैं। इसके लिए बाकायदा शेयर बाजार बने हुए हैं। भारत में बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (बी॰एस॰ई॰) और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (एन॰एस॰ई॰) सबसे प्रमुख शेयर बाजार हैं।
