ऐकाग्र्य या एकाग्रता (एक+अग्रता) एक वस्तु, निकट और अबाधित ध्यान का उद्देश्य है। योग दर्शन में इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए ध्यान के नियमित अभ्यास और आत्म-अनुशासन पर जोर दिया गया है। तप और ब्रह्मचर्य से अपनी इच्छाओं पर नियंत्रण पाया जाता है। तप से पापों का नाश होता है, इंद्रियों को निर्बल करता है, चित्त को शुद्ध करता है, और इस प्रकार एकाग्रता की प्राप्ति में सहायक होता है।
Ekāgratā is intent pursuit of one object, close and undisturbed attention. Yoga emphasises regular practice (Abhyasa) of meditation and self-imposed discipline to acquire ekāgratā.
