Can some body help me understand the meaning of “reinitialize”

U can use :  प्रार्थमिकता.  In English U may prefix RE etc.  However, in Hindi there are hardly any words which need Prefix.

In the sentence :  Bharat may gyaan badhaane ki     प्रार्थमिकता  hai.  Ya.  प्रार्थमिकता  milni chaahiye.  Lekin Mahila Aarakshan par   प्रार्थमिकता  di jaa rahi hai.  to   वापस  प्रार्थमिकता  dene ki aavashyaktaa nahi hai.

The word initial means first.  Example:  This is the initial use of electricity.

The suffix “ize” is added to communicate an action.  Example:  Small towns begin to initialize the use of electricity this year.

The prefix “re” means to repeat.  Example:  After the repairs, we will reinitialize the electrical system.
