How to Type in Malayalam

I’m new here and I thought I will begin by a post about how to type in Malayalam. I just checked and found out that there are no existing discussions about this. I know a lot of people are still confused on how to type Malayalam on their PCs and Android phones, even though how easy it is to do it.
The following are different methods to do it.
If you are on a PC
Method #1: Google Input Tools Online
Just go to Google Input Tools Online, select Malayalam from the drop down menu and start typing. Later, you have to copy the text you typed and paste it into wherever you want to post it.
Method #2: Google Input Tools Extension For Chrome
If you don’t wanna go to the Google Input Tools website every time, then you can install this Input tools extension for chrome and type in whatever web page you have opened up directly.
If you are on Android device
Method #1: Google Handwriting Keyboard
Download Google Handwriting Keywords from here and change the keyboard while you are typing by pressing on the language button, then select the newly installed keyboard and start typing just you always do
Method #2: Indic Keyboard
Indic Keyboard is an alternative app which you can use just like Google Handwriting Keyboard. You can download it from here.
