AAj hamare is busy life schedule main hm itne busy ho gaye hain ki hm apne health ka fikr karna chod diye hain.Jab ki aaj to logon ko health ke prati aur jaagruk hona chahiye . Iska ek hi wajah hai Physical workout. Saare din to hm Tv dekhne mai lage rahte hain.jiska natija yah hota hai ki hm motape ka shikar ho jaate hain aur phir blood pressure, suger jaisi bimariyon se ghir jaate hain. Ek samay tha jab log 80yrs ke bhi hote the to unke fitness se unke age ka pata hi nahi chalta tha but aaj to 20yrs ke ladke ka bhi pet nikla hua rahta hai.log fast food aur junk food jyada khane lage hain.Aaj har jagah zym khule hue hain aur log muhmaangi fee dene ke bawjood bhi fit nahi ho paa rahe hain ,kyon ki jahan pasina bahana chahiye wahaan (zym) mai bhi A.c aur LED ka maja le rahe hain aur zym wale fitness ke naam par apna purse garam ka rahe hain . Agar wo zym nahi jaakar subah 1 or 2 km paidal chalain to unko kafi fayada hoga aur saath hi saath ghar mai thoda yoga kar le to wo jindagi bhar healthy life ko jee sakenge.

Today, in this busy life schedule we have become so busy, that we have stopped caring about our health, whereas today people should be more conscious about their health.

Iska ek hi wajah hai Physical workout. Saare din to hm Tv dekhne mai lage rahte hain.jiska natija yah hota hai ki hm motape ka shikar ho jaate hain aur phir blood pressure, suger jaisi bimariyon se ghir jaate hain.

The only reason is lack of physical exercise. We watch TV the whole day,  the result of which is that we become the victim of obesity and are besieged with problems like blood pressure, blood sugar.

There was a time when even 80-year olds did not appear their age, due to their physical fitness but nowadays, even twenty-year-olds have pot bellies.

People have begun consuming more fast food and junk food.


Aaj har jagah zym khule hue hain aur log muhmaangi fee dene ke bawjood bhi fit nahi ho paa rahe hain ,kyon ki jahan pasina bahana chahiye wahaan (zym) mai bhi A.c aur LED ka maja le rahe hain aur zym wale fitness ke naam par apna purse garam ka rahe hain .

Today, there are gymnasiums everywhere, and people, in spite of paying exorbitant fees, are not becoming fit, because, where they are expected to shed sweat, they enjoy Air conditioning and LED lights and the gymnasium owners are enriching themselves in the name of fitness.

Agar wo zym nahi jaakar subah 1 or 2 km paidal chalain to unko kafi fayada hoga aur saath hi saath ghar mai thoda yoga kar le to wo jindagi bhar healthy life ko jee sakenge.

If instead of going to the gymnasium, they walk for 1 or 2 kilometres, they will get significant benefit and along with that if they do a bit of yoga at home then they will lead a healthy life throughout.
