Please tell me some plan that lasts for the entire month and does not expire.

Either reduce your data consumption or pay more for a better plan.
If you don’t want to do that, then try:
1) At night, switch off your phone if you have a 3G/4G card, or switch off your home wifi router.
2)Reduce video watching by downloading or streaming.
3)Don’t download too much audio or video files.
4)Turn off the camera during Skype/Facetime calls
5)Restrict sending camera picture files over the net.
Video/Audio/Picture/text files reduce in size in the order listed.
Text files, emails, and messages will never cause you any problem.
The biggest culprit is video. Control that and everything else may be unnecessary.
It is just like the following:
To reduce domestic Electricity Bills, if you control the use of the Hot water geyser, and hot plate/coil stove, Air Conditioner and electric iron, it is not necessary to bother about lights and fans.
