Subject (complaint against very customer services at hcl touch janakpuri dlehi)

It is stated that, I am rohit vate Purchased two now. Of xiomi rdemi 1s from flipkart my phone is still in under the warranty. So That went to redmi service center to get this repair at your service center hcl touch G-5, 1st Floor, Janak Palace Shopping Mall, Janakpuri District Centre, Delhi – 110058,  on date 07.08.15 they both submitted my mobile to make it fix And given me expected date for delivery date03.09.15.

When I reached there for get my phone as the gave me delivery date as on 0..09.15 they replied mey their
Is a problem in my phones motherboard it will take more longer time.

Sir, I request you Kindly take the necessary action for repair my phone and provide a proper service because. It is a big drawback of this company.

I Rohit Vate which to state that I purchased two Xiomi Redmi mobile phones from Flipkart. Since my phones are still under warranty, I wwent to the Redmi Service Center located at HCL Touch G-5, 1st Floor, Janak Palace Shopping Mall, Janakpuri District Centre, Delhi – 110058,  on date 07.08.15 to have them repaired. The customer service informed me to leave my phone behind for them to rectify the problem. I was informed that I can collect the phones on 03.09.15.

As per the date of delivery ie 03.09,15, I returned to the service centre to get my phones. However, I was informed that the problem lies with the motherboard of my phones and that it will take a longer time to rectify the fault.

Detail of my two phones are as follows:

1.  Model :Xiomi Redmi 1s
    Serial No. 8656450253

2. Model :Xiomi Redmi 1s
  Serial No. 865645554

I humbly request you to take the necessary action to repair my phones and provide an efficient service which would otherwise tarnish the image of your company.
