MemberSir, apko payment de dane ke baad aap bol rahe hai ki material 10 days me ready hoga. Ager material ready nahi that to apne humse payment kyo liya aur apko pahale batana chaiye tha ki material ready nahi ha to hum kahi aur se arrange ker late. Sir ye business ka sahi tarika nahi ha. Hum roj approx 100 orders execute karte hai aur iss tarah se ek ek item ka itni baar folw up lete rahehengy to hum saare kaam ke kaise nibta payengy.
My Attempt:- Sir, After releasing payment ; you are saying that material will be ready in next 10 days. If the material was not ready with you that why you have accepted payment from us and you should have told us earlier the same, so we would have arranged from any other source.
Sir, it is not a right way to handling a business. We execute approx 100 orders daily and if we will have to take repetitively follow up of each item, how we will execute our work successfully.
