Possibly what is meant is one of the following:
Agar meri jaankari me kuch hua to me aapko jarur betaunga
If I come to know of anything that happens, I will definitely tell you.
Agar meri jaankari me koi hai to me aapko jarur betaunga
If I come to know of any person, I will certainly inform you.
