पर सच बात तो यह है कि जब तक आप परिचित को पीछे नहीं छोडेंगे, आप कभी नई ऊँचाइयों तक नहीं पहुँच पाएंगे और यह करने के लिए हमें अलगाव/विच्छिन्नता का सिद्धान्त अपनाना चाहिए

पर सच बात तो यह है कि जब तक आप परिचित को पीछे नहीं छोडेंगे, आप कभी नई ऊँचाइयों तक नहीं पहुँच पाएंगे और यह करने के लिए हमें अलगाव/विच्छिन्नता के सिद्धान्त को अपनाने की जरुरत है

I don’t find any difference in both the the translations. The intent of both is same.
