-No matter what will you do but must complete this work.
What you will do I don’t know. But you complete this work.

mujhe tumse baat karni hai chahe kuch bhi ho.
-I want to talk to you no matter what it takes.
Okay,  but you can also say: I must talk to you, no matter what it takes.or I need to talk to you no matter what it takes.

Main ye kaam nehi karonga tumhe jo karna hai karlo.
-I won’t do this work, no matter what you will do.
I will not do this work, Do whatever you want.

The first sentence is not grammatically correct.
But I am still translating based on what I understood.

तुम चाहे जो भी करो, पर यह काम पूरा करना ही पड़ेगा।
मैं यह काम नहीं करूँगा, तुम जो भी करोगे।

GV sir….
If the first sentence is incorrect then please mention the mistakes…
And what will be the correct translation of these sentence using “no matter”. Just I want to know uses of “no matter”.
तुम चाहे जो भी करो, पर यह काम पूरा करना ही पड़ेगा।

No matter what will you do but must complete this work.
Wrong.
Corrected sentence is : No matter what you do, but you must complete this work,

no matter what you do = तुम क्या करते हो, हमें पर्वाह नहीं.
no matter how = कैसे भी, हमें परवाह नहीं
