I am no grammarian; but with the available knowledge I have the sentence would look good if written as below.
As per our knowledge, the below stated/listed/given agents do not have workstations & systems. We request you to get them arranged; as they are part of New Joinee monitoring
bottom note:
There is no word like “Joinee” in standard English. Nor could I make out what is meant by ‘...as they are part of New Joinee monitoring’. Maybe what you intended to write is “as it is part of new apprentice monitoring’.
