भोजनालयों/रेस्टोरेंटों और खानपान प्रबंधकों/कैटररों द्वारा बेचे जा रहे उत्पादों में नमक, चीनी और वसा की मात्रा को प्रदर्शित करने के संबंध में समिति नियमों का निर्धारण भी करेगी।
Is being sold hona chahiye if stuff ko becha ja raha hai.
why only being sold is used

अंग्रेज़ी के अनुसार ‘बेचे जा रहे’ सही अनुवाद है।
अंग्रेजी व्याकरण में मैं उतना माहिर नहीं हूं। कृपया साक्षी जी या किट13 जी से सुझाव लें।

I agree with Narmaprem.
‘Product being sold in restaurant’ is not a sentence but a part of sentence and has a progressive sense.
Hence

Locations being considered is not a sentence but a part of sentence and has a progressive form ??
Because apne man products being sold wale example main ” hai ” ka use nahi kya hai .. Issliye location being considered main bhi “hai ” use nahi hona chahiyee.

—Of course, Yes.
If you add ‘are’ after ‘the two locations’, then it will become an independent sentence, otherwise it is dependent on the first clause.
