I think in this context “fixed” means “sorted out” or “solved”, and may not mean decided
There was a problem with the design earlier.
In conversational Hindi I would translate it as
डिज़ाइन का मामला ठीक कर दिया गया है
In academic Hindi my suggestion is
अभिकल्पन की समस्या सुलझा दी गई है
