Please read this this extract from a news item.

MUMBAI: An association of hoteliers has appealed to its members to include Maharashtrian delicacies on the menu within a week.
“I have directed our members to promote dishes such as poha, shira, thalipeeth, puran poli, usal, misal and vada. I think two to three such items can be introduced depending upon the demand and financial feasibility,” said Indian Hotel And Restaurant Association president Adarsh Shetty.

When written in Roman script one can’t be sure of the correct pronunciation of the highlighted food items.
I have guessed what they are and written them in Devanaagari.
Please review and correct.
पोहा, शिरा, थालीपीठ, पूरण पोली, उसल, मिसाल (मिसल?) वड़ा

पोहे,पुरणपोळी,मिसळ,उसळ Others are okay.
As consonant ळ is not in hindi, nearest semi vowel ल is pronounced.
Do come to Pune to enjoy all these dishes anytime with all shabdkosh friends.

If I ever come to Pune, I will let you know and we can enjoy them together.
At Bangalore, all I get is Vada Paav and Puran Poli
Here in California, I have located some Indian restaurants that serve only Vada paav and chaats.
i have not tasted the other delicacies.
We of course make Pohe at home but the style is South Indian.
I am sure your Maharashtrian Pohe will taste different.
Looking forward to savouring them some time in future and with regards
