Look forward = hoping or waiting (correct or wrong)

Translate the below sentence in hindi:

We are looking forward to receive a good business relationship from you in future.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Second thing tell me the difference of below :

look forward to: informal
looking forward to: formal

look (looking) forward to: खुशी या आशा के साथ अपेक्षा करना, या इन्तज़ार करना

“look forward to”, and “looking forward to” : The difference is only in tense, not in meaning.
