Dear sir,
Kindly translate as below.
1.Ye document hamare section ka nahi he aur logistic section hamare pass se ye document pe sign karva rahe he.
2. Invoice me description fixed hona chahiye aur invoice me jo description fix karte he asa hi description harek purchase order me hona chahiye.kyoki audit aur LC ke against payment ke liye problem na ho.

Dear Sir,
This document is not of our section and the Logistics section is getting this document signed by our section,.
The description should be fixed in the invoice and whatever description is fixed , must be mentioned in every purchase order, so that there is no problem with Audit and payment against LC.
