My translation speed is OK
But fluency is not good my question is how to improve it.
I want nothing more but talk properly.
Give me some tips that can help me.

Moderator1)Be patient. There is no shortcut. It will take time
2)Listen to English programmes on BBC/CNN and other good English Channels on TV like Discovery/History/National Geographic and observe how they speak and make notes in your diary to learn correct pronunciation.
3)Observe how Indian English TV channel anchors like Rajdeep Sardesai, Arnab Goswami, Prannoy Roy, Barka Dutt, Sagarika Ghosh etc speak English and make a mental note.
4)Read English plays (Get the complete works of George Bernard Shaw). Plays are full of conversation. You can improve your conversational skills.
5)Get some good friend who is good at English and practice speaking with him in English and ask him to correct you when you make mistakes.
6)LIsten to podcasts/radio programs while traveling/walking and observe how the words are used and how they are pronounced and practice by loudly uttering those words to yourself.
7)If possible join a good English speaking class in your neighbourhood.
