Sakshi,

The time and date which appears here by default is not correct. May be in my computer only. Can we modify its setting?

The date and time setting in my computer is correct, Still in Shabdkosh the same appears wrong. What to do?

The time and date setting on your computer may be okay.
Have you checked the “Location”?
If it is not ‘New Delhi” but some other place then the site will adjust it to show corresponding time at New Delhi
Just a possibility.

Yes, in localization settings in your profile page, you can change location. Then, it should show your local time - but only when you log in.
