Humlog ek chhote se ghar m rahte hain, we live at small house.
Yah sadak k kinare hai, this is on the roadside.
Mere ghar m tin kamre hain,
pratek kamara saf aur soondar hai,every room clean and clear.
Mere ghar m ek kitchen hai jo bara hai, my house in a kitchen which is big.
Maa isme khana banati hai, the mother cook food into it.

Agree with Sakshi’s translation but I would prefer “Every room is clean and beautiful” to match with the original line in Hindi.
