1.mai Airtel me technical department me thi Inbound process me.
2.customer ko internet use krne m problem hoti thi wo hmare technical help desk me call krte the.
3.mujhe customer ki problem ko solve krna hota tha
4.customer ki prblem agar call me solve nhi hoti thi to complain lekr senior department me forwrd krna padhta tha.
5.customer ki taraf se possitive responce mila jaroori hota hai.
6.customer ko fully satisfied krna ye hmare liye bhut important hai.
7.customer ki query,problems aur complain sab mujhe calls me handel krna hota tha.

I was working in the Inbound Process of the technical department of Airtel.

2.customer ko internet use krne m problem hoti thi wo hmare technical help desk me call krte the.
If the customers had any problem in using the internet, they would call at our technical help desk.


3.mujhe customer ki problem ko solve krna hota tha
I had to solve the customer’s problem.

4.customer ki prblem agar call me solve nhi hoti thi to complain lekr senior department me forwrd krna padhta tha.
If the customers’ problem could not be solved during the call, then I had to log the complaint and forward it to the seniors in the department.

5.customer ki taraf se possitive responce mila jaroori hota hai.
It is necessary to get a positive response from the customer.

6.customer ko fully satisfied krna ye hmare liye bhut important hai.
It is very important to us to fully satisfy the customer.

7.customer ki query,problems aur complain sab mujhe calls me handel krna hota tha.
