While Mukesh’s translation is okay, and faithful to the original, I doubt if the original itself is a proper statement, correctly expressed.
I think one of the following translations, while not a true translation of the original sentence, is perhaps more correct and conveys what was intended.
maine oct main purchase kiya hai sugar order. or uski expiry 2 year ki hai.
I have placed an order for sugar in October, and the oder expires in two years.
Or
I have placed an order for sugar valid for two years from its date of production.
