New Member• Agar ek owner ka ek se jiyada store hain to jis bhi store per koi bhi brand short hota hai to wo kisi aur store per se utha lete hain .jis store per bhi good aaya wahan per es ka koi record update nahi hota hain ideally wo purchase mai recode hona chaihiye nahi hota hain sayad a hamara emp detail miss kar jata hoga. Jab bhi palwal unit ka maal aata hai sale kam ho jate hain aur jab Ambala unit ka maal aata hai sale bad jata ti hain
• If any person/owner have more than one store in same city whenever any brand finish at any store they are tacking to another store .Wherever good came in any store they are not updating any records of these SKU ideally which should treat as purchase might be our emp missed to collect these detail .Whenever Palwal unit good come sale has decreed and when Ambala Unit good come sale has increased.
• Kuch saleman/store owner ke anusar mostly customer us sku ko nahi kharid rahe hain/refused kar rahen jo sku Palwal unit mai manufactures ho rahi hai but ambala unit mai manufacture sku ko prefer kar rahin hain due to quality issue.
• Accordingly to few salesman /store owner most of the customer has refused to purchase of Palwal manufactures SKU and asking for Ambala manufactures brands due to taste different/quality issue. .I have physically checked the SKU and currently both manufactures SKU available in town,.
• Pahle RC ka rate 360 tha ab 300 ho gaya hai XYZ brand ka rate bhi 300 hain agar store per amabala unit ka manufacture unit nahi hai to customer alternate mai Rc ko prefer kar raha hai.eske alwala O blue 250 ka hai customer eski demand jiyada kar raha hai.
Earlier RC rate was 350 now company has reduced its price rs 300 if Amabal unit SKu not available in store customer prefer alternative Rc or MCP .Apart from that OB blue,MC are alternate brands those sale is good.
Also few salesman told that BP are also come in town from Palwal manufacture unit due to which this brands sale has also decreased .
