In Delhi, 80 percent people work in private companies where they are being harassed despite that they get no job security. All schemes are for government’s employees only. I have been working in same company for 10 years. Now our process has reached to an end. Should there not be any job security in private jobs like government’s employees do. We also have families; however, there is no hearing of our problems.

I’ve been working for the same company for 10 years. Now our company is on the verge of shutting down. Like a government job, Shouldn’t we have job security in the private companies. We too have families. But no one steps up on our behalf/But there is no hearing of our problems/But no one takes action against this discrimination.
