Please note that Oct month is approx. finish but we have not received RX pad of few doctor yet but meanwhile again received RX pad of XYZ town .Address mentioned on packet (Emp & Doctor name) of XYZ town but inside pad of despatch of XYZ town (packed ke baha emp & xyz town ka address kiha hai but packet mai kisi aur town ke pad hain). Please note that few doctor are totally dependent on our Rx pad and now started asking for pad frequently but we are not in position to explain about delay and when it will be placed   to doctor( ham doctor ko nahi samja paa rahe hain delay keyon ho raha hai aur kab tak pad mil jayange). As we have not received a single RX pad of newly fixed doctor yet due to which not be explain to doctor for such delay.

You are requested ask to concern authority to send remaining RX pad on urgent basis also avoid to such incident.
