Whoever was in the office between 11.30 Hrs to 15.40 Hrs,should be told about the big revenue loss incurred.Pl tell me how to recover this loss.Pl see that this error is not repeated again.

I would like to draw your attention to an serious dereliction of duty occurred in Amritsar. On 23.10.2014, there was no commercials broadcasted in Amritsar and no one was cautioned to brace for it either, prior to the incident. As per the normal procedure, if any such case happens, it needs to be made known to the concerned parties/all. But no information was given in this case. Why is it so? Who is responsible for it? No one knows anything. The persons in charge of the office during the broadcast failure (between 11.30 to 15.40) should have been accountable how huge a the revenue loss it was. Please tell me .................... and also please ensure not to commit such a gaffe again.
