3.kb kya hoga koi v nhi janta

3.kb kya hoga koi v nhi janta
What will happen when, nobody knows.
or
Nobody knows what will happen next/at what time/when.

4.koshish jaaaarii haiii
Efforts are going on.(Not Sure: I think one makes an effort. Effort cannot go on or whatever. Please correct)

I agree with Kit13’s translations.
The following are suggesgted as additional/alternative translations:

1.haaan thik hai..mere liye sahi hai
Yes, okay. It’s alright for me.

2.mere liye sahi rahega
It’s right for me. It’s proper for me. It’s okay for me.

3.kb kya hoga koi v nhi janta
No one knows what will happen and when.

4.koshish jaaaarii haiii
Efforts are on. (the word “going” can be omitted, per popular usage)

@Sakshi,

Since the word used is “sahi” and not “behtar”, I think “right”  or “okay” “proper” is a more suitable word than “better”
