Whatever I do for him is insufficient.
He always finds my mistakes.

Doesn’t matter, how much I do,it will be still less for them.
They always find defects in me.

“Doesn’t matter, how much…” doesn’t seem natural. The better is Angel’s one.
“find fault” is more common. However, we must know whether “wo” stands for a singular subject or a plural one, since both can be possible in Hindi.

However much I do for them, it is insufficient.
He/she always finds shortcomings in me.

The first sentence as it stands, you approve for yourself that your work is useless. Actually, it’s not what you want to convey. The fact is that you think your work is perfect but he/she thinks just the opposite. So, I guess, you must write any of the below stated.

All my works/tasks/efforts are found useless by him.
All my works/tasks/efforts seem useless to him.

The second one is perfect.

omniscient,
You wrote you wanted to have an excellent command over the language! This is a language forum. At least here, you try to respect the language. I mean, you don’t use SMS English like tym, plz, lyk etc. etc. Moreover, try to write “capital ‘I’” for “i” as and when required.  After all, the proverb says “Many a mickle makes a muckle” Right?
