In both cases it is “hum”.
So where does “they” come in?

ModeratorActually, I saw only omniscient’s sentence and checked whether it’s right. I didn’t think that he ( omniscient ) had replied in context of above original sentence. Even I didn’t look at the original sentence. Thus, I made a mistake.

I guess, bichad means ‘separate’. But I prefer not to translate. Because, I am confused as to which one is correct - is it “gaye to” or “गए हो”?

If it is “हमें” what you say is correct.
The problem with Hindi written in Roman Script is ambiguity.
It is compounded by bad spelling on the part of members.
Sometimes is sheer negligence, or carelessness
But sometimes it is due to typing using thumbs on cell phones. Errors are almost certain.
Sometimes these “auto correct” features change the typed words into something else and if you are not alert they will escape your attention..
Even after they post, if the members observe the spelling error, they can correct it if they want to and care to by clicking on the Edit button.
But most never bother.
I have assumed that hume is a spelling mistake based on my experience with bad spelling in the past. I considere “ham”
If the spellling was indeed correct the the word was “हमें” then I expect the original poster to come forward and say so.
I will immediately retract my translation and revise it to suit.

Or is it:
Tum bichad gaye ho
I don’t know.
Since there is no question mark I presumed it is Tum bichad gaye ho.
If it is not so then the translation must be revised to “What if you get separated?”
I leave it to Honey Singh, the original poster to accept whatever translation she finds correct.
