1. Aaj ADFC staff ke paas 3 forms checking ke liye aaye jabki final submission mein sirf 2 hi forms aaye.
2. Kipya check kijiye agar neeche diya gaya xyz MIS thik format mein hai ya apko isme kuch changes chahiye..

Three forms were received for checking by ADFC staff today but in the final submission only two forms were received.
2. Kipya check kijiye agar neeche diya gaya xyz MIS thik format mein hai ya apko isme kuch changes chahiye..
Please check if the xyz MIS given below is in the proper format or whether you want some changes in it.
