Can you pl clarify.
1.Which party has supplied news papers to M/s   Himex pvt Ltd ?
2.If M/s Himex pvt Ltd has purchased papers for office use then how it can be related to news paper supply?
3.Which party is writing this letter?
4.It will be useful if you can fill up the blanks except for value..

Isliye aapse anurodh h ki Rs255/-aap M/s Seema News agency ko pay karne ki anumati(approval) pardan kare
