meri current company mein mera role hr cum ea hai .mein hi admin dekhti hu, vendor se cordinate karti hu,meeting schedule karti hu, jarurat ke hisab se travel arrange karti hu. iske alawa thoda hr bhi sambhalti hu jaise job portal ke trough recruitment karti hu ,interviews rakhwati hu MD k saath ..to ye mera current profile hai.but mera core hr kabhi itna experience nahi raha.
mein ye job isliye chodhhna cahati hu kyuki mujhe ek acchi company mein jana hai ,aur apne career m growth karni hai aur acchi salary bhi matter karti hai. yaha par professionalism bahut kam hai.Aur aub mujhse bola ja raha hai ki aapko plant mein visit karna padega har hafta jo interview k waqt nahi boli thi.to ye bhi ek reason hai.Waise mere MD aur staaf se koi shikayat nahi sab bahut support karte hai.

Without saying too much, I would like to tell you about my current job profile.
In my current job, my role is that of HR and EA.
I look after the Administration, coordinate with Vendors, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements according to requirements. Apart from this I also take care of some HR functions like recruitment through job portals, arrange interviews with the MD. So this is my current profile but I have not had much experience in my core area viz HR.

I wish to leave this job as I want to work in a good company and wish to grow in my career. A good salary also matters. There is very little professionalism here. And now I am being told that I have to visit the plant every week which was not told to me during the interview. So that is also another reason. However, I don’t have any grievance against my MD and the staff here. Everyone gives me good support.
