New Member1917 के रूस की क्रांति के पहले विश्व में पूंजीवादी व्यवस्था का बोलबाला था,जिसमें उत्पादन के साधनों पर व्यक्तिगत अधिकार माना जाता था।लेकिन क्रांति के सफल होने के बाद रूस में साम्यवादी व्यवस्था कायम की गई।इस व्यवस्था के तहत उत्पादन के सभी साधनों पर राज्य का अधिकार होता है।इस प्रकार साम्वाद एक नई आर्थिक व सामाजिक व्यवस्था थी।
