3. Agar Customer main Product jaise FD ya RD ke liye not interested ho jata hai but E-Age form jisme uski change wali e-mail id update hai ko process karwana chahta to kya e-age form ko process kiya ja sakta hai? Agar haan to SIS file mein uski entry kya alag se hogi?

If some customer wishes to remove his earlier updated email id in his bank record will it be removed if he leaves the email id column blank in the E-age form?

If the email id is the same in the RD or FD form, but the mobile number is different from the bank’s record, is it still necessary to fill the E-age form?

If the customer becomes uninterested in the main product like FD or RD, but wishes to process the E-age form, in which he has updated his email id then can the E age form be processed? If yes, then will it’s entry in the SIS file be done separately?
