“have” is present perfect tense.
“had” is past perfect.

Have a seat please —- aasan grahaN keejiye, tashreef rakhiye, baiThiye
I had seat reserved for me—mere liye kursi aarakhshit thee

I have tea at 4 o’ clock—chaar baje mai chaay peetaa hoo.n
I have had tea at 4 o’clock—chaar baje maine chaay pee hai

I had tea at 4 o’ clock—chaar baje maine chaay pee
I had had tea at 4 o’ clock—chaar baje maine chaay pee thee

In this forum this is all I can do to explain.
These things must be learned from a proper English teacher by joining a class.

I am curious to know one thing.
You seem to know Hindi well.
Why are you always asking for English font?
Why not Devnaagari ?
Even if you don’t know how to type in Devnaagari script, at least you can read if we type in Devnaagari script?

Download GO keyboard from Google Play if you are using an Android phone

You will be able to choose Roman/Devanagari by pressing just one button and switch back and forth.
The Inscript keyboard will be displayed if you choose Devnaagari.
It takes a few minutes practice only to learn to use it.

I use it when I type on My Samsung 7” tablet/phone.
On my laptop I use Baraha software and phonetic transliteration top type in any Indian language.

You can also try Quillpad.com if you are online. It is the easiest and most intelligent among the various methods of using phonetic transliteration for typing in Hindi. it tolerates wide varieties in spelling in Roman font and converts to Devnaagari.

Typing is Hindi is easy, It takes just a few minutes to learn and some practice.
Try it sometime.
All the best.
