Mujhhe sham ko dinner ke liye jana hai.
Mujhe mama ko phone karna hai.
Mujhe abhi abhi ghar niklana hai.
Mai aaj tumse milke rahunga.
Mai theek subah 8.30 pe office aa jata hoo.

I have to attend a dinner this evening

Mujhe mama ko phone karna hai.
I have to call my uncle on the telephone.

Mujhe abhi abhi ghar niklana hai.
I have to leave for home right away.

Mai aaj tumse milke rahunga.
I will definitely meet you today.

Mai theek subah 8.30 pe office aa jata hoo.
I reach the office at 8:30 sharp

1. This evening/In the evening, I have to go to dinner.
2. I have to make a call to my uncle.
3. I have to go home right now.
4. I will anyhow see you today.
5. I come to the office at right 8.30AM in the morning.

I’m afraid but there is no need of saying like “on the telephone” कोई भी टेलीफ़ोने पे ही बात करेंगा ना की रेडीओ पे!

Of course you are correct that one does not call on the radio.
I call my children on Skype!

In this context, it may be unnecessary to say “on the telephone” but it is not wrong to do so.
