I’m afraid your answer is not correct.
“Your payment is successfully done.” = Wrong
Your payment has been made successfully. = Correct

1. Yes, you were right but strictly according to grammar rules only.
2. The appropriate verb that goes with the noun ‘payment’ is ‘make’, not ‘do’.
3. The adverb ‘successfully’ sounds the smoothest at the end of the sentence.
4. If we analyse and change the voice of the given sentence, in Active Voice, it will become:

Somebody (=Unknown subject) makes your payment successfully.

But the above sentence sounds unnatural than:

Somebody (=Unknown subject) has made your payment successfully.

Thus, we get= Your payment has been made successfully.
